The EuroCham’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017 is fast approaching and your participation is essential! Have your say in EuroCham’s future and network with your fellow members!

The AGM will take place on Thursday, 16th March 2017 simultaneously in:
In Ho Chi Minh City: Sofitel Saigon Plaza 17 Le Duan Boulevard, District 1.
In Hanoi:                   Pan Pacific, 1 Thanh Nien, Ba Dinh District.
Time:                         from 16:30 PM – 21:00 PM. 
The AGM 2017 will be followed by a cocktail reception. 

The AGM will also elect the new Executive Committee for 2017.

The list of candidates and already non-elected appointees from affiliated business associations will be available shortly on EuroCham website 

Please note that your voting rights are conditioned by the payment of your membership fee. Kindly contact our  Membership Officer for clarification by email membership@eurochamvn.org or Tel: 08 3827 2715 – Ext 105.

If you cannot attend, please nominate your proxies using the prescribed Proxy Form (until 15th March) and check what Statute Changes will be voted on at this  website or this link and do check the Voting Procedures for this AGM.
