Having joined RÖDL in 2017, he brings over 15 years of experience across Europe and Southeast Asia. Lutz specializes in corporate structuring and international trade law, providing integrated legal, tax, and accounting advisory to foreign investors in Vietnam with a global perspective on business strategy.
