In line with previous years, we would like to conduct a greener, more environmental-friendly voting procedure that involves more digital tools. As little paper as possible shall be printed.

• Venue: Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi & Sofitel Saigon Plaza
• Entrance fee: Free of charge for EuroCham member representatives

Nominations for the election of members of Board of Directors should be submitted to EuroCham offices by hand or by email in PDF format latest by 5 PM, Thursday 06 March

All proxies should be submitted in the prescribed form to EuroCham by 5 PM, Monday,17 March by email or hand.
