This is an opportunity for the province to introduce socio-economic achievements, potentials, strengths, preferential policies and mechanisms, lists of priority projects to call for investment in the sectors of clean and high-tech agriculture; environment treatment; processing high value-added agricultural and aquatic products; catching and preserving seafood; fishing logistics area; infrastructure of industrial zones and clusters; ...
