He was a networking engineer at NetNam and IoIT (Institute of IT, Vietnam Academy of Science & Technology) till 2000, then changed to the business side in NetNam Company, a state-owned company established in 1998. He took the job as deputy of that company from 2007 until its equitization on 2010, when he was assigned as NetNam CEO. Since 2016, he was assigned to be the General Secretary of Vietnam Internet Association (VIA), an organization having mission to develop Internet in Vietnam, as well as to be the bridge between internet industry/community and Vietnam government. 2.    Software Development Dr Nguyen Huu Le, Chairman of TMA Solutions Dr. Nguyen Huu Le has been working in the IT/Telecom field for over four decades in Australia, Canada, U.K., and Japan. He has been a pioneer in the development of the software industry in Vietnam. He spent 22 years with Nortel, and was mostly involved in the R&D Globalization and Externalization programs. One of his most important contributions was the recognition and utilization of the skilled human resources from the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, China, Vietnam, and India. He left Nortel as the Director of Global R&D Planning in 2000 to become the President and CEO of Paragon Asia Pacific, managing their development centers in Vietnam and India. Since joining TMA as Chairman at the end of 2001, he also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer to promote TMA to the world, and as the Chief Mentor, to help build the foundation for the company based on the best practices in the industry. 3.    Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in Vietnam Ms Cao Thi Bich Ngoc, Head of Operations of Swiss Post Solutions Vietnam Ms. Cao Thi Bich Ngoc is Director of Operations at Swiss Post Solutions Vietnam (SPS Vietnam), a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider operating under the wing of Swiss Post Solutions Group - Top 3 Document Processing provider in the world. Working for SPS Vietnam since 2010, she is now leading a strong and dynamic team of more than 1000 employees with capability to process up to 1,000,000 documents/ day in 36 different languages. Her great experience working in BPO industry for more than 8 years has enabled her to achieve excellent delivery at 30% cost-saving to more than 60 different clients mainly from Europe and US and to drive SPS Vietnam success to become one of top 50 leading IT companies in Vietnam & a focal data processing center for the whole SPS group. She believes client- oriented solutions with the support from latest technologies are key drivers of BPO industry. 4.    Vietnam Information Technology Outsourcing (VNITO) Ms Nguyen Thi Hong An, Business Development Manager of Beesight Soft Ms. Ân is the Business Development Manager of Beesight Soft, a company based in Vietnam which provides IT solutions for mobile applications, web development, cloud/SAAS/MBSAAS, Software testing. Furthermore, her company contributes with a leading position in the VNITO Alliance. VNITO Alliance is a non-profit organization to promote the Vietnam ITO/BPO sector, gather Vietnam software outsourcing enterprises, and create an effective bridge between the ITO/BPO community and the government. 5.    Panel Discussion 6.    Introduction of Rheinland-Pfalz – Wine and Economy Ms Phan Thuy My, Representative 7.    Introduction of new members Here new members have the opportunity to introduce themselves and their company activities and businesses.
