Is the investment climate in Vietnam beclouded for German investors? What are the implications of the new law on minimum wages? What changes with the new law on social contribution for local employees? Does it change for expats, too? 3.    Vietnam Customs update and outlook for 2018 Mr. Bob Fletcher, Director (Customs & Global Trade), Deloitte Vietnam The customs outlook will focus on questions like: What have been the recent trends with regards to application of VN Customs Regulations? What are the anticipated changes to VN Customs Regulations and formalities in 2018? What sectors or industries will be most affected? What is in the VN Customs Plan for 2018? How will this impact businesses?
