Why not make the best out of it?” 1.    ISO 9001:2015 – Overview, Benefits, Facts & Figures Mr. Frank Juettner, General Director of TÜV Rheinland Vietnam Frank has been working for TÜV Rheinland Group since 2001 in its head quarter in Cologne, Germany. He came to Asia ten years ago and worked in Hong Kong and Shanghai before he moved to Vietnam in 2012. Besides being the Country Manager of TÜV Rheinland in Vietnam, he’s also responsible for Chemical Testing in Asia-Pacific. Frank holds a Diploma Degree in Chemical Engineering (Ecological Chemistry) and a MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. 2.    ISO 9001 Awareness for Vietnamese businesses - New context & Intercultural issues Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Director of Business Information Center of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Binh graduated from the Institute for Foreign Language in Ha Noi. He also studied Economics and Finance (Macro-economy) in Damstard Technical University. He used to be a person in charge of the US and EU market of the International Relations Department and currently the Director of Business Information Center of VCCI HCM. 3.    ISO in daily business - experience and examples Mr. Greg Lewandowski, Quality Director of Bosch Vietnam Greg has 23 years’ experience in automotive industry with Robert Bosch. He worked in 4 countries on 3 continents in engineering, plant quality and supplier’s quality.
