Annual development of Compensation & Benefits in Vietnam Ms. Nguyen Vu Khanh An, Senior Consultant of Mercer Remuneration Surveys & HR Consulting, Talentnet Corporation Ms Nguyen Vu Khanh An is Senior Consultant in Talentnet, a partner of Mercer in Vietnam. Mercer is a leading global HR Consulting firm, with 22,000 colleagues worldwide and working with more than 140 markets around the world. In Vietnam, Talentnet has offered Mercer\'s services such as Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) and HR consulting services. The TRS has been considered the biggest and most reliable salary survey in Vietnam since 1999. Published in September annually, the results from Vietnam TRS has been a valuable input for the Human Resources plan of companies operating in Vietnam, both MNC and local. The presentation will highlight the key trends of the market, including salary increase, short term incentive, hiring trend, benefits trend, etc... 2.
