<div class="x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s"><span style="color: #333333;">Join us for an interactive <strong>Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)</strong> and <strong>Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026</strong> of</span> <a href="https://www.eurochamvn.org/home-page/"><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">EuroCham Vietnam</span></span></a>. <span style="color: #333333;">The meeting will take place on <strong data-start="150" data-end="177">Thursday, 26 March 2026</strong>, with sessions held concurrently in <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Hanoi</span></span> and <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Ho Chi Minh City</span></span>.</span></div>
<span style="color: #333333;">In line with previous years, we would like to conduct a greener, more environmentally friendly voting procedure that involves more digital tools. As little paper as possible shall be printed.</span>

<div><span style="color: #333333;"><strong><u>Notes</u>:</strong></span></div>
<ul style="list-style-type: square;">
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">You can submit the Proxy Form directly to the GBA office or to the EuroCham offices indicated in the proxy form template.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">Individuals assigning a proxy vote to another Ordinary Member will be unable to cast their votes, regardless of whether they attend in person or participate online.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">For voting purposes, the appointment of a proxy means that your proxy will be able to cast all votes for all Board of Directors nominees on your behalf. Therefore, we suggest that if you wish your proxy to vote for specified nominees, you should advise your proxy to do so prior to the AGM.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">One voting Ordinary Member may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus the one deriving from her/his own membership, as per the Board of Directors' decision of 1st December 2016.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">All proxies must be assigned; blank proxies will be null and void.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="color: #333333;">Blank proxies received by EuroCham from Business Association members up to this deadline will be referred back to Business Association to ensure the proxy is assigned. EuroCham will contact direct members. It is the assignee's responsibility to check with the person they are giving the proxy to that their proxy limit has not been reached.</span></li>
