<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Join us as we reflect on the GBA’s <strong>activities and achievements in 2025</strong> to present <strong>strategic priorities for the year ahead</strong>, and to conduct the <strong>election of the GBA Board of Directors for 2026</strong>. The event will be held in a hybrid format, simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, featuring a high-level agenda followed by a buffet dinner.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The <a href="https://gba-vietnam.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">GBA </a>Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a member-exclusive assembly where the Association’s leadership, direction, and governance matters are formally presented and discussed. This event will take place in a <strong>hybrid format</strong>, enabling members to participate either in person, in <strong>Hanoi</strong> and in <strong>Ho Chi Minh City</strong>, or virtually via a seamless live connection between both venues. Your participation is vital for our collective success!</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong><u>IMPORTANT INFORMATION</u></strong> regarding the Board Election:</span></p>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The voting procedure will be online. An e-voting access link will be provided to pre-registered Ordinary Members.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another Ordinary Member to act on their behalf by proxy. All proxies must be written on the form <em>(<strong>download &gt;&gt;&gt;<a href="https://gba-vietnam.org/wp-content/uploads/GBA-AGM-2026_Proxy-Form_Official.docx"> </a></strong></em><strong><a href="https://gba-vietnam.org/wp-content/uploads/GBA-AGM-2026_Proxy-Form_Official.docx"><em>here</em></a></strong><em>)</em> and signed by the Corporate Representative or the Ordinary Individual Member.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxies.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">One voting Ordinary Member may hold up to a maximum of five (5) proxies, plus the one deriving from their own membership.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The election will strictly follow the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with <a href="https://gba-vietnam.org/gba-statutes/#1594216260804-3450f702-cd39" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Article 6</a>.</span></li>
