                        DESCRIPTION:<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The<a href="https://gba-vietnam.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"> German Business Association (GBA)​</a>, in collaboration with <a href="https://duanguavietnam.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Thien Ma Madagui Racing​</a>, is delighted to invite you to the Official Relaunch Ceremony of the <strong>Thien Ma Madagui Horse &amp; Greyhound Racing Complex, </strong>along with the inaugural <strong>Vietnam Cross Country Amateur Challenge 2025</strong>, taking place on<strong> Saturday, 16 August, </strong>at<strong> Lam Dong Province.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This landmark event celebrates key developments, including:</span></p>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Decision No. 371/QĐ-TTg (dated 19 February 2025) by the Prime Minister of Vietnam, approving the investment policy for the horse and greyhound racing project.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Master Plan for Lam Dong Province recognizes Thien Ma Madagui as one of twelve strategic projects through 2030.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Updated planning approvals issued on 29 June 2025 by Da Huoai authorities for the complex and its associated training and tourism facilities.</span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The project is set to create up to 3,000 jobs, boost regional economic and tourism growth, and advance Vietnam's participation in Olympic-standard equestrian sports.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>🏇 About the Competition:</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The 1st Vietnam Cross Country Amateur Challenge 2025 will be Vietnam's first-ever non-professional cross-country horse-riding competition. The event will bring together 20 riders and 20 horses from equestrian clubs across the country. With a total investment of <strong>VND 1.5 billion</strong>, the competition is part of a broader initiative to:</span></p>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Promote <strong>Olympic-level equestrian sports</strong> in Vietnam.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Position <strong>Madagui </strong>as a new<strong> national destination</strong> for leisure and competitive horse riding.</span></li>
 	<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support Vietnam's <strong>grassroots athletic development</strong> for future participation in regional games such as the <strong>SEA Games</strong>.</span></li>
