Following the Vietnamese Government’s amendment of Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP on regulating people foreign workers working in Vietnam and recruiting and managing Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam, Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP (Decree 70) has been officially issued on 18th September 2023. Seeking this significant occasion, EuroCham and GBA in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) is going to organize a workshop themed “Disseminate Decree 70 on Work Permits” in Ha Noi on 16th October 2023.
