In this event, we will also elect new members for the GBA Board 2023. The AGM 2023 will be organized both in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, 16 January 2023, from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. We are honor to welcome H.E German Ambassador, Dr. Hildner, to deliver an opening speech at the meeting in Hanoi.

The meetings in the two cities will be virtually connected through a seamless video-link. Participation at the AGM is free of charge for GBA Members, but registration is compulsory. LE Corporate Members can register for up to four (4) participants, SME Corporate Members for up to two (2) participants. We would like to have your attention on some important information regarding the Board Election as follows: > The AGM is for members only. Voting procedure will be online. E-voting access link will be provided to pre-registered Ordinary Members.  > Any Ordinary Member who is unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint one Ordinary Member who can join the meeting to act on his/her behalf by way of a proxy and should send the proxy download here>> to Mai Anh at email: maianh@gba-vietnam.org or per post to the GBA Office, by 5:00 PM, Friday, 13 January 2023 at the latest. > One voting Ordinary Member may hold up to a maximum of five (5) proxies, plus the one deriving from her/his own membership. > Election will strictly follow the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with Article 6 6.1 Each Company Representative of an Ordinary Corporate Member and each Ordinary Individual Member shall be entitled to one vote at GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION Meetings and to serve on the Board. 6.2 Neither Associate Members, Honorary Members or Mini Members shall be entitled to vote at GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION Meetings or to serve on the Board.
