2. Annual Report 2016 of the Chairman on behalf of the GBA Board
3. Presentation of the audited Financial Report 2016, Outlook 2017 and Details to the 2017 membership fees by the Treasurer on behalf of the GBA Board
4. Vote on the audited Financial Report 2016
5. Vote on the exoneration of the GBA Board 2016
6. Vote on the 2017 Membership Fees
7. Vote on the Election-Process for the GBA Board 2017
Motion by the GBA Board: the GBA Board suggests to its members and the quorum present and proxy that 11 out of 12 candidates who unite the most votes shall be elected for the GBA Board 2017.
8. Self-introduction by the GBA Board member candidates (2 minutes per candidate)
9. Vote for the GBA Board 2017
10. Miscellaneous
Please note that the AGM is for members only. Ballots will be handed out at the AGM on-site to pre-registered GBA members.
GBA Members who cannot attend, can leave a proxy to ANY OTHER attending GBA member (i.e. it does not need to be an existing GBA Board member) and should send the proxy to the GBA office via fax/ email/ post latest by Thursday, January 12, 2017. Current GBA Board members who are running as candidates for the new GBA Board have limited their number of proxies to a maximum of 5 each.
Voting procedures will be strictly followed by the statutes of the German Business Association in compliance with Article 6:
6.1 Each Company Representative of an Ordinary Corporate Member and each Ordinary Individual Member shall be entitled to one vote at GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION Meetings and to serve on the Board.
6.2 Neither Associate Members nor Honorary Members shall be entitled to vote at GERMAN BUSINESS ASSOCIATION Meetings or to serve on the Board.
