Mark your calendars for Thursday, 20 March 2025, as we gather in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.  Event Details:  - Date: Thursday, 20 March 2025 | Time: 5:30 PM – 9 PM - Venue: Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi & Sofitel Saigon Plaza - Fee: Exclusively free-of-charge for EuroCham member representatives We are calling for your support to vote for our GBA representatives to the 2025 EuroCham\'s Board of Directors. This secures a strong presence on the EuroCham Board to strengthen the role of GBA businesses in the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. This year, besides GBA\'s EuroCham delegate Mr. Erick Contreras, we have three representatives to nominate for the 2025 EuroCham\'s Board of Directors: - Alexander Götz, General Manager of Fischer ASIA - André de Jong, Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam - Torben Minko, Managing Director of B.Braun Vietnam Your vote is crucial - Please register to join and make a difference! Check out the voting procedures here>>> Notes: - You can submit the Proxy Form directly to the GBA office or to the EuroCham offices indicated in the proxy form template. - Only paid Ordinary Members are allowed to vote and send proxies. - Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be appointed as proxy holders. - One voting Ordinary Member may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus the one deriving from his/her own membership. - Persons owning more than one membership may hold only up to a maximum of ten (10) proxies plus those deriving from his/her own memberships.
