Presentation on tax changes in Vietnam in 2017 Ms. Annett Perschmann, Director – Tax and Legal Services, PwC Annett is a German qualified tax adviser and has more than 20 years of professional experience. She started her career with PwC in Germany in 2001 and joined PwC Vietnam in 2007. Annett is advising mainly multi-national clients from various industries on all tax aspects in Vietnam, including structuring of investments into Vietnam and advising on holding company structures. 2. Presentation on FOE relevant legal changes in Vietnam in 2017 Mr. Stefan Ewers, Attorney-at-Law (Germany), LL.M., and Associate Partner, Rödl & Partner Vietnam Legal Ltd. Stefan is General Director of Rödl & Partner in Vietnam. Rödl & Partner is a German based professional services firm and has been providing services to German Investors in Vietnam since 2007. Stefan’s team of local and international lawyers, tax consultants and CPA’s provide a comprehensive one-stop-service for projects in Vietnam for legal, tax and accounting. He is a German and Australian qualified lawyer and has been practicing in Vietnam and the region for many years. Stefan’s main work focus is corporate structuring and Acquisitions in Vietnam. He will provide a comprehensive insight on the main changes in the laws for 2017. The implementation of CISG (Convention on the International Sale of Goods, relevant as of 1 January 2017) will be a focus and new regulation in the criminal code that have an impact on management level in foreign invested companies in Vietnam will be presented. 3. 4.
