Since Twill was established, the have been using digital means to gather new opportunities for 2 years and want to use the experience that they have accumulated to share with the GBA participants/ businesses who are now going digital given today’s situation.

The content will be delivered in 3 parts:

  1. Research /Marketing: We will talk about how we use digital (Google Analytics, banner ads, Linkedin, facebook etc.)  to gather new marketing leads. 
  2.     Reach/Sales: How do sales follow up on these digital leads gathered? Will highlight the key steps that our Twillers are doing after receiving the leads and how do we measure the success of lead conversion.
  3.     Serve/ Customer service: We offer 24/7 customer service online and this is a function that we do not outsource at all. We will share how we make that operationallyh feasible.

Trine Storgaard Nielsen
Global Head of Sales in Twill – Based in Copenhagen


Currently responsible for setting the global sales strategy with the aim of growing the Twill customer base. Joined Maersk in 2005 as a trainee and have worked in the Maersk group in 4 different countries, specializing in supply chain management and commercial strategies.
She enjoys the ability in Twill to challenge existing ways of working in the industry while creating a competitive advantage in logistics through digital and technology means.



Martti Leitert
Country Manager of Twill (Germany) – Based in Hamburg


Martti has 13 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Freight Forwarding. He started as a Freight Forwarding Trainee in Stuttgart Area and has since led and built teams that are of a global scale – from local to global account management roles in various verticals.
With Twill, we simplify logistics with a global scale and to make digital an advantage for our customers to help them grow.
 


Felicia Loh
Area Head of Southeast Asia of Twill – Based in Singapore


Currently responsible for the Twill team which have expanded to cover 8 countries in Southeast Asia. Started out in Singapore as a Trainee in 2007 and has since held various commercial and sales positions within the A.P Moller Maersk Group in Belgium, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Using the digital tools available in Twill, she aims to help her customers move their goods as seamlessly and fuss-free as possible.
 


Rebecca Wright
Global Head of Marketing in Twill – based in Copenhagen


Responsible for building the Twill brand and changing the way both Twill and Maersk engage with customers to ensure we can offer a personal, relevant logistics experience that helps our customers grow their business.  Joined Maersk in 2016.
Rebecca has experience in customer acquisition using the full range of digital tools including paid media, inbound marketing and marketing automation, working for international businesses in the UK, Singapore and now Denmark.
